Plutobee is 100% employee owned. Every engineer who completes their first 18 months receives equity, vesting on a standard 4-year schedule. Tenure-based refresh at year 4 and beyond. Profit share distributed annually. No outside investors hold any equity, debt, SAFE, or warrant.

When we say "senior-only delivery," we mean owners. The person on your customer's account holds equity in the company taking that customer's money.
