Interfaces
with craft.

Research, interaction design, design systems, motion, copy. Our studio in Istanbul partners with PMs from first sketch to production release. AI-augmented when it speeds the work, never when it cheapens it.

What we ship

Six concrete deliverables.

Every Product Design engagement maps to a specific deliverable below. We commit to it in the SOW, demo it weekly, and you own the result.

01

Research synthesis

Interview transcripts, surveys, support tickets, analytics. Output: themes, segments, prioritized backlog.

Product Design
02

Interaction design

Figma flows, prototypes in Framer / ProtoPie / Origami. Tested with real users before code.

Product Design
03

Design systems

shadcn/ui, Radix, Tailwind, custom tokens. Documented, versioned, accessible.

Product Design
04

Motion

Lottie, Rive, Framer Motion, Spring. Motion that has a job: clarify state, guide attention, reward action.

Product Design
05

Copy

Microcopy, error states, empty states, onboarding. Clear, considered, on-brand.

Product Design
06

Accessibility

WCAG 2.1 AA audits, screen-reader walkthroughs, keyboard nav, contrast in design tokens.

Product Design
The stack

The tools we reach for.

Solid line: what we use every day. Dashed line: what we reach for when the brief justifies it. We will work in your stack if you have a strong reason; otherwise these defaults serve us well.

How we engage

Four steps. Real demos every Friday.

From signed SOW to first demo is one week. No discovery loops that bill for months without showing software. No silent stretches between status decks.

01

Research

Interviews, audit, competitive scan. Output: insight deck + opportunity backlog.

Week 0-2
02

Design

Concepts, flows, prototype. Two rounds of user testing before code.

Week 2-5
03

System

Tokens, components, documentation. Handoff specs engineering can ship from.

Week 4-7
04

Ship

Pair with engineering through implementation. Polish pass before launch.

Week 6+
They redesigned our onboarding in 8 weeks. Activation rate went from 31% to 58% and the design system now powers three other surfaces.

Frequently asked

The questions buyers ask first.

Do you do logos and brand?
We do product design. We pair well with brand agencies but we are not one. If you need a full brand build, we will refer.
Figma or Sketch?
Figma. Variables, branching, multiplayer. We will work in Sketch if you must but we recommend migration.
Do you handle design handoff?
Yes, end to end. Specs, motion notes, accessibility annotations, edge-case docs. Engineering can ship from our files without asking questions.
Do you use AI in the design process?
Yes, for fast first drafts, copy iteration, image generation for sketches. We always do the craft pass by hand. We never ship AI output without human review.

Frequently asked

Quick answers.

The questions buyers in this service ask in week one.

Figma, Penpot, or Sketch?+

Figma default. Penpot for OSS-mandated customers. Sketch when the customer is already invested.

Do you build design systems?+

Yes. Tokens, components, documentation, governance. We use Storybook + Chromatic for component review.

Can you do motion?+

Yes. Lottie, Rive, Framer Motion, GSAP. We design for the device, not for the dribbble post.

Research?+

User interviews, usability tests, diary studies, card sorts, surveys, analytics deep-dives. Outputs ready for stakeholder readouts.

Can your designers code?+

Most can. We pair designers with engineers daily. The handoff is collaborative, not a wall throw.
